Matic Užmah is a seasoned SaaS operator with over 15 years of experience leading Revenue Operations, Go-to-Market strategy, and growth execution for startups and scaleups across Europe and the US. He has helped scale companies like Synthesia (from $2M to $20M ARR), led operational transformation at Colossyan, and successfully built and exited Support Hero, a customer support SaaS tool that he bootstrapped from the ground up.

Today, Matic works closely with founders and investors as a fractional COO, RevOps advisor, GTM strategist, and board advisor—helping early- and growth-stage startups build scalable systems, improve revenue performance, and prepare for funding or acquisition. He also serves as a non-executive director (NED) and advisor to a select group of ambitious tech companies navigating the challenges of scale.

He is the co-founder of Dragondays, Slovenia’s largest AI & Deep Tech festival, and an active community builder through SaaStock Europe and the SloAI Meetups initiative. His network spans operators, researchers, and investors working at the cutting edge of SaaS and AI innovation.
